Perinsuran (Brokar) Sdn Bhd is pleased to announce a strategic alliance with Sarawak Economic Development Corporation (SDEC), effective 4 February 2026.

Under this arrangement, SDEC holds a 30% equity stake in Perinsuran (Brokar) Sdn Bhd, officially positioning Perinsuran as a Sarawak government-linked entity.

SDEC, the state government’s principal development arm, plays a key role in driving Sarawak’s economic growth across various strategic sectors. This partnership reflects a shared commitment to supporting long-term development initiatives within the state.

Through this collaboration, Perinsuran is well-positioned as a strategic partner to support SDEC’s expansion into key industries, including petrochemicals, transport systems, as well as its growing interests in hospitality and property development.

This alliance marks an important milestone for Perinsuran as it strengthens its role in contributing to Sarawak’s broader economic and infrastructure development agenda.
