Michelle has 20 years of experience in the insurance broking industry, both international and local broking companies. with sound industry knowledge focusing on Employee Benefits, Large and Specialized Risks for Property, Engineering, Marine as well as Power and Energy.

Michelle joined the company in January 2024 as Assistant General Manager to handle Large & Specialised Risks.

Prior to joining us, Michelle was with Howden (L) Ltd Reinsurance Department focusing and specialised in Large & Specialised Risks for Property, Engineering, Marine as well as Energy.

Michelle was an Assistant Vice President with Marsh Insurance Broker Placement Service Team. Michelle supervised the day-to-day operation of the Placement Team.

She joined Aon Benfield Malaysia Ltd in 2014 as a manager and was promoted to Associate Director in 2017, leading the Facultative team for the Malaysia office. Prior to that, Michele worked at Aon Insurance Brokers from 2013 to 2014 as a Manager in the Health and Benefits team, where she assisted the Head of Department in broking activities and supervised support staff.

From 2010 to 2013, she was part of the Benefit Solutions Team at Jardine Lloyd Thompson / Insfield Insurance Brokers, providing similar support. Earlier in her career, Michele worked at Kurnia Insurans (Malaysia) Berhad from 2005 to 2010 as a Claims Admin Executive, managing motor and bodily injury claims, and liaising with solicitors and reinsurance companies. Before that, she was a Senior Officer at United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd from 2003 to 2005, handling credit card applications and delinquent account payments.
