In 2009, Caroline Gikien began her career in the insurance business when she joined Perinsuran Brokar as an intern.

Caroline specialises in Property Insurance as well as Engineering/Construction insurance. Under her property portfolio her main clients are Universities, City Councils, sewerage treatment companies and oil palm plantations.

Caroline is also looking after the Petrol Station Scheme, designated as a Property class.

Under construction risks, she assists Jeffrey Ho in CAR for bridges as well as road construction.

Caroline holds a Bachelor Degree in Marketing Management from University Malaysia Terengganu (UMT).
