Royhatas recently joined the company in July 2019 as claims manager bringing with him over 20 years experience in the insurance industry.

He started his career in insurance as Loss Adjuster with McLarens Saksama (M) Sdn Bhd. After serving a short stint as marketing executive with a pioneer local Takaful operator, Syarikat Takaful Malaysia Berhad where he gained insights into Takaful operations, Royhatas returned to loss adjusting career working at various international loss adjusting firms that included Toplis & Hardings (M) Sdn Bhd, Cunningham Lindsey Adjusters (M) Sdn Bhd, GAB Robins Sdn Bhd and Sedgwick (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd that saw him moving up in positions from Senior Adjuster to Assistant Manager and gaining invaluable technical knowledge in property, financial, construction, liability, marine and engineering claims.

Being a Senior Associate CIP with Australian New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF) and a Chartered Loss Adjuster with Australian Institute of Chartered Loss Adjuster (AICLA), Royhatas is very qualified to advise and assist clients on claims-related matters.
